Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm Friday are processed the following Monday.
UK Delivery
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
- Free standard shipping on orders over £50
- We ship to all UK mainland addresses including Scotland and Wales
International Shipping
- Available to select EU countries and the Republic of Ireland
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
- Import duties and local taxes are the customer's responsibility
- Rates calculated at checkout
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
Missed Deliveries
Our carrier will leave a card or hold your parcel at a local collection point for up to 7 days. After this it may be returned to us — contact us to arrange redelivery.
Lost Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please allow 2 extra business days before contacting us. If it appears lost, email us at support@marketshoes.shop with your order number and we will resolve it.
