- An order confirmation email is acknowledgement only, not acceptance
- A contract is formed when we dispatch your order
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
- Cancelled orders receive a full refund within 5 business days
4. Pricing
All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before proceeding with an affected order.
5. Payment
Full payment is required at checkout. All payments are processed securely. We do not store card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
